Perfect Manhattan Cocktail

The classic whiskey cocktail made with both sweet and dry vermouth, bitters, and a cherry garnish.

Ingredients

• 3 ounces whiskey or bourbon
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 bar spoonful cherry juice from Maraschino or Luxardo cherries
• 2 Maraschino or Luxardo cherries, for garnish

Steps

1. Place ice cubes in a lowball glass and add the whiskey, vermouths, bitters, and cherry juice.
2. Stir until well chilled.
3. Garnish with cherries and serve.
