Bread Bowl Spaghetti
Garlic-butter bread bowls filled with saucy beef spaghetti and melted mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups thick marinara
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 crusty rolls
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti until al dente; drain.
- Brown the beef in oil; season, then simmer with marinara and Italian seasoning. Toss with the pasta.
- Hollow out the rolls, leaving about a 1/2-inch wall. Brush insides with garlic butter mixed with parsley.
- Fill with spaghetti, top with mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts and the bowls are toasted.
