Bourbon Peach Iced Tea
A spiked peach iced tea with bourbon and peach liqueur—ideal for summer crowds and best made a day ahead during peak peach season.
Ingredients
- 1 peach black tea bag
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 6 ounces bourbon
- 4 ounces peach liqueur
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced, plus more for garnish if desired
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Steps
- In a heatproof pitcher, combine the tea bag with boiling water. Brew 5 minutes. Remove tea bag, add brown sugar, stir to dissolve, then add 2 cups cold water.
- Add bourbon, peach liqueur, and lemon juice. Stir to combine, then refrigerate until completely chilled.
- Add peaches to the pitcher. Serve in highball glasses over ice with mint sprigs and extra peach slices if desired.
